8. Scope of Services
Michele Edwards Holistic Therapies provides holistic therapies, including but not limited to readings, treatments, and programs, for general and inner developmental purposes. All services offered on the Website are subject to availability and the discretion of Michele Edwards Holistic Therapies.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Session Cancellation:
Clients must notify Michele Edwards Holistic Therapies of any cancellations via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend the session will result in no refund being issued, except under extraordinary circumstances, determined at the discretion of Michele Edwards Holistic Therapies.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded, minus a $25 administration fee.
b. Registration Cancellation for Events:
Cancellations for events must be made via email.
No refunds are issued for one-day events.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
Registrations canceled less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, but may be credited toward future events or services at the discretion of Michele Edwards Holistic Therapies.
c. Refund Policy:
Refunds for services and events will be credited back to the original form of payment, unless otherwise stated by Michele Edwards Holistic Therapies.

Refunds will not be available for those who choose not to attend a class or event, except under extraordinary circumstances, determined at the discretion of Michele Edwards Holistic Therapies.
Refunds for partial payments will not be available if a client chooses not to attend the class or event, and full course content will only be provided upon payment of the outstanding balance.

10. Subscription Policy
a. Email List Subscription:
By subscribing to the Michele Edwards Holistic Therapies email list, you consent to receive periodic emails containing information about services, events, promotions, and other related content.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the instructions provided in the email.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada.

12. Modifications to Terms
Michele Edwards Holistic Therapies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Website after such modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
