One of my teachers, Dr. Wayne Dyer, often said, “There is a spiritual solution to every problem.” At first, I didn’t fully grasp this. But now, I see it every day—within my own journey and the lives of those I work with. Beneath every human struggle lies an energetic or spiritual solution waiting to be uncovered.
Most of us were never taught this. We weren’t taught that we are energetic, spiritual beings having a human experience. We didn’t learn how to clear and protect our energy or recognize how deeply we’re impacted by the energies around us.
We weren’t educated on the subconscious mind, and how more than 90% of our lives are influenced by deep-rooted energies, beliefs, programs, and patterns embedded within us. And so, one day, we wake up realizing life has slipped by, leaving us wondering who we are and how we got here—often running on autopilot, unaware of these hidden influences.

I’m Michele, a trauma-informed counsellor, spiritual mentor, and teacher born and raised amidst the beautiful prairies and Rocky Mountains of Southern Alberta. As a mother to three incredible boys who inspire me daily to live in alignment with my purpose, I am deeply guided by my spiritual connection and a heartfelt desire to help others explore the depths of their inner and outer worlds.
Throughout my life, I’ve overcome profound challenges, including childhood depression, self-hatred, cycles of toxic relationships, and the wounds of childhood trauma. These experiences have shaped not only my life but also my approach to supporting others. As a registered social worker with over 19 years of experience, I combine professional expertise with lived experience to guide clients on their healing journeys.
Awarded the Fearless Woman of Calgary title in 2010 for my courage and compassion, I believe that sharing our stories is key to reclaiming our power and inspiring others to begin their own transformative journeys. Together, we can break free from the shackles of the past and live a life of abundance, authenticity, and freedom.
Using therapeutic modalities rooted in spiritual connection and self-mastery—including Spiritual Response Therapy, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Reiki, and Internal Family Systems—I help clients release limiting beliefs, patterns, and energetic blocks that keep them stuck. My mission as a Starseed is to support others in reconnecting their earthly human selves to their galactic, spiritual selves, rediscovering their voice, intuition, and inner knowing.
