Born and raised amidst the sacred prairies and Rocky Mountains of Southern Alberta, I am a soul guide, spell breaker and activator devoted to the journey of healing, remembrance, and divine embodiment. As a mother to three incredible sons who continually inspire my path, my work is deeply rooted in spiritual connection, compassion, and lived wisdom.
My own journey through childhood trauma, depression, self-hatred, and cycles of toxic relationships has deeply informed the way I support others. As a previous registered social worker with two decades of experience, I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of combining therapeutic wisdom with spiritual and energetic healing.
